We pan fried ours with red onion and a sprig of thyme.
Add a glug of oil to the pan (optionally add a knob of butter to the oil) and get it nice and hot - sear the steaks on both sides to seal and then reduce the heat slightly and fry for about 4 minutes a side. Rest well and serve.
