We start with Atlantic Cod's Roe which is dry-brined overnight, then gently smoked over oak for fourteen hours. We then blend the Cod's Roe with a light Sun Flower Oil, to preserve the subtle flavours of the smoked roe, lemon juice, a touch of garlic and iced water to produce a genuine Greek style taramasalata.
Absolutely free of artificial colours, preservatives and flavours.
Keep refrigerated (store below 5 degrees C). Generally will keep for 7 days from delivery date (Important: Always refer to use by date on the packet).
Not suitable for home freezing.
