The Cley Smokehouse take on Tapenade. A savoury olive paste with capers and anchovies, a twist of black pepper, a touch of garlic and a dash of brandy and lemon juice.
Packed with flavour and traditionally eaten as an hors d'oeuvre on a crusty french baguette (absolutely delicious!). There are also some great recipes around featuring Tapenade with fish, poultry and a pasta sauce.
