St Helena is a semi-soft cheese made from raw milk produced from the Montbéliarde herd at Fen Farm on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.

Produced by St.Jude cheesemakers Julie Cheyney and Blake Bowden, we are completly bowled over by this brand new cheese. With a texture best described as 'firm but squidgy' with an edible washed rind, it has all the rich creaminess you would expect from a cheese made of raw unpasteurised milk combined with a nutty flavour making a well rounded rich cheese that just melt is your mouth, a masterpiece of cheese making.

Great as part of a cheese board, with crackers and pickles as a snack or makes the ultimate decadent cheese on toast.
Keep refrigerated (store below 5°C).
