We have been smoking Salmon for over 40 years and take great pride in our Smoked Salmon, one of our signature dishes. Sourced from sustainable, finest Scottish Salmon, because the end product can only be as good as the start, every side we produce of Smoked Salmon is trimmed and then gently cold smoked over oak in our brick-kiln. Nothing is hurried, we don't cut corners and we don't use machinery, it's all hand crafted to produce a smoked salmon of the finest quality and great taste.
Our Smoked Salmon sides are supplied as full sides or half sides cut from the generous portion of the side. We can hand slice or despatch ready for your resident chef to work their magic. A fabulous centre piece to grace any table.
