Mediterranean mixed, pitted olives in olive oil, with nothing added but a gentle smoking over oak. A sophisticated snack or try with salads, add to pizza as a topping and delicious with Marsh Pig meats.
The olive oil will take on the slightly smokey flavour of the olives, try it for dipping bread or as the basis of a salad dressing
No artificial colours, preservatives or flavours
Keep refrigerated (store below 3 degrees C). Generally will keep for around 3 months from delivery date (Important: Always refer to use by date on the packet).
