To produce our Smoked Mackerel fillets we take finest fillets of Mackerel and gently brine them, sometimes add a hint of chilli or smattering of black pepper and then gently hot smoke them over oak.
That's it! There are no artificial colours or flavours, rich in Omega 3 and ready to serve.
