Haddock of the highest quality, hand filleted and gently oak smoked in our brick kiln smoker using traditional methods. Our smoked haddock is prepared without using any artificial flavourings, preservatives and no artificial dyes or colours, the result is a flaky haddock with a really 'smooth' smoky taste.
A distinctive hearty flavour that works so well in a wealth of recipes, from chowder to fish pie and kedgeree to fish pie.
Keep refrigerated (store below 5°C). Generally will keep for 7 days from delivery date (Important: Always refer to use by date on the packet).
Suitable for home freezing (must be frozen before use by date). Consume within 3 months of freezing. Thoroughly defrost before use.

The Old English method of cooking Smoked Haddock is to simmer in milk for around 10 minutes. It canal also be baked in the oven (in foil with a knob of butter) at 180°C for around 20 minutes or fried around 4-5 minutes a side.
