Our sides of Scottish Salmon, sourced from sustainable fisheries are hand prepared and slowly cold smoked in a traditional brick kiln over Oak. Sides are then hand sliced and packed to produce a classic traditional Smoked Salmon.
Ready to serve. Fabulously versatile, our Sliced Smoked salmon is great to use in quick and easy starters or light main meals.
Will keep for 14 days in a fridge (unopened) Suitable for home freezing. Consume within 3 months of freezing.
