Suitable for home freezing - freeze on day of delivery. Defrost before cooking.

Beef
Rub the steak all over with a good glug of olive oil, season with a pinch of sea salt and a twist of black pepper.
Add the steak to a HOT pan, turn every minute or so. 6 minutes for medium rare.
