Good Pancetta is hard to find and this is good Pancetta. An essential ingredient in authentic Italian recipes, don't be tempted to substitute bacon when you can have the real deal. Well actually better than the real deal because it's locally sourced and produced only from British free-range pork.
Classic ingredient in Pasta recipes, makes a stunning Carbonara. Can be used in salads and with veg, if you're not a fan of the Christmas Brussel try this braised cabbage with pancetta recipe instead.
Heat a glug of sunflower oil in a pan with 1 pack of Marsh Pig Pancetta and fry until crispy. Sprinkle in a pinch of golden castor sugar and add a splash of white wine vinegar. Stir in 1 medium sized. shredded Savoy cabbage and around 150ml of chicken stock and simmer until the cabbage becomes tender bit still with some crunch...around 10 minutes.
