With it's beautiful sunshine yellow wax covering and beautifully white cheese Norfolk Mardler is a hard Goat's cheese from Fielding Cottage that stands out on the cheese board.
This is a goats cheese with a firm texture and a deliciously creamy bite and a mild goaty flavour. Produced using vegetarian rennet this pasteurised cheese is suitable for vegetarians.
Produced at Honingham by the Steggles family from their herd of around 800 goats it's named after the old Norfolk verb 'to Mardle' meaning gossip or chat.
Keep refrigerated.
