Our Kiln Roast 1/2 Side of hot smoked Salmon is cut from the generous part of the Salmon, hand prepared, cured and then gently hot roasted in our oak fired kiln to seal in the subtle smokey flavour and moist flaky texture.
A great value Salmon dish. A half side of Kiln Roasted Salmon will makes an impressive centrepiece or (our favourite) serve as a family buffet for any occasion. Serves 4-6 as a main course.
Ready to eat or gently warm through prior to serving. (See 'How to Cook').
Keep refrigerated (store below 5 degrees C). Generally will keep for 9 days from delivery date (Important: Always refer to use by date on the packet).
Suitable for home freezing (must be frozen before use by date). Consume within 3 months of freezing. Thoroughly defrost before use.

Ready to eat or gently warm your kiln roasted salmon portion through prior to serving if preferred.
To warm through pre-heat the oven to 140 C and wrap in foil and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.To serve gently carve into thick slices around 2.5cm (an inch in old money) thick.
(Please note, although every care is taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain).
