A traditional Scandanvian Gravalax (or Gravadlax) unsliced royal fillet of salmon. We take the finest part of a Scottish salmon side and fillet
out the royal fillet, we then patiently marinate the fillet in a traditional cure of sugar and salt with a generous quantity of dill.
Our royal fillet of Gravalax is not only impressive, the fresh salmon taste makes it a superbly versatile Christmas luxury. Serve as canapés with champagne,
as a starter with pickled cucumber, a Scandi themed open sandwich, a light but decadent salad, the centrepiece of a Smorgasbord buffet...
With the time to cure we can only make 100 Gravalax royal fillets for the Christmas this year.

Keep refrigerated (store below 5°C). Will keep for 14 days in a fridge (unopened) Suitable for home freezing. Consume within 3 months of freezing.
