It's all about time, sooking a Gammon Hock for an extended period to produce a tender, moist ham packed with flavour is well woth the effort.
Keep refrigerated below 5°C

Contains Sodium Nitrate & Sodium Nitrite.
Best cooked from room temperature

Soak overnight if you want to remove excess salt

Boil for 2 hours or slow roast for 4 hours at 160C basting regularly.

Allow to rest before serving.
