The limited edition range of finest cured salmon hand produced by us in small quantities specially for the Christmas season.

The lightly licorice-flavoured fennel and salmon are a classic flavour combination, add a dash of pastis and you have a truly stunning combination.

We take whole sides of salmon, trim and fillet to give us the loin, or royal fillet and then slowly cure with fennel and pastis to give you another sophisticated table centrepiece from our limited edition Christmas royal fillet range.

With the time to cure we can only make 100 royal fillet of fennel and pastis cured salmon for the Christmas this year.

Keep refrigerated (store below 5°C). Will keep for 14 days in a fridge (unopened) Suitable for home freezing. Consume within 3 months of freezing.
