All the delicate oak-smoked flavour of a Cley Smokehouse oak-smoked kipper without any of the hassle! Kipper fillets (not boneless), individually packed in high-temperature bags with a knob of butter, that you can get out of the freezer and pop straight in the oven (from fresh or frozen) still in their bags for 10 minutes or so for the perfect kipper every time.
Skillfully hand-prepared and slowly smoked to the same exacting standards as the famous Cley Smokehouse kipper, our easycook 'cook-in-the-bag' kipper fillet makes it easy to enjoy your breakfast favourite whenever you feel like it.
Supplied fresh (for home freezing if required).
Keep refrigerated (store below 5°C). Generally will keep for 7 days from delivery date (Important: Always refer to use by date on the packet).
Kipper fillets are suitable for home freezing (must be frozen before use by date). Consume within 3 months of freezing. Can be oven baked straight from frozen.

From frozen (no need to defrost), oven bake in the bag in a pre-heated fan-assisted oven at 190°C for 10 minutes. Cooking times should be adjusted if cooking from fresh to around 8 minutes.
