Local Lobsters caught by traditional inshore boats off the North Norfolk Coast, freshly cooked and then dressed so they are ready to eat. If you have never tried Lobster before you have missed one of the most delicious foods from the sea, if you're a fan of Lobster we challenge you to find a better tasting Lobster anywhere. A firm and succulent pink flesh and subtle sweet flavour inherited from the chalky reefs off our Norfolk coast.
At around 500g these a comfortable meal for two or a gourmet feast for one.
Your Dressed Lobster is best eaten on the day it arrives. Keep refrigerated (store below 5 degrees C in vacuum pack).Will keep for 5 days from delivery date.
Suitable for home freezing (must be frozen before use by date). Consume within 3 months of freezing. Thoroughly defrost before use.

Ready to eat. Can be enjoyed eaten directly out of the shell with a dollop of mayonnaise, a splash of fresh lemon and a twist of cracked black pepper. Decadent starter or indulgent main course.
If you like like the classics there's Lobster Thermidor or if you like living on the wild side try a Lobster ravioli or grilled Lobster with garlic butter.
