To adhere to safe working practice we have extended our latest order time to before 3.00pm for despatch tomorrow and delivery the day after. Therefore any orders received after 3.00pm cannot be scheduled for delivery until the third day following, for example the earliest delivery for an Order placed after 3.00pm on Monday is Thursday. The delivery network seems largely unaffected (our thanks go out to DPD Local), so your order should arrive within 24 hours. If there is a delay the packaging has been tested to keep the product cool for 48 hours, so it should still be in perfect condition.
As always, any problem with your order and delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve your problem. If your order does not arrive in perfect condition we will replace it or offer you a full refund.
Due to the cost of packaging and sending a fresh product we have a minimum order value of £20 (excluding delivery). This applies to all deliveries anywhere in the UK. There is no delivery charge if collected in store

Standard delivery applies to "mainland UK" (i.e. all areas in the UK except thos in Zone 2 and Zone 3).
Zone 2 delivery applies to the Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands. Next day and Saturday delivery is not available for these areas.
Zone 3 delivery applies to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Channel Isles. Next day and Saturday delivery is not available for these areas.
We endeavour to send out any order received on a Monday to Thursday on the same day. Deliveries to "mainland UK" normally arrive the following day. Orders received after 11.00pm may not be despatched until the next available day. No orders are sent out on Sunday so we do not deliver on a Monday or on Bank Holidays.
Delivery day is specified during the checkout process. Saturday deliveries are charged at a small premium.
If you will be out when your delivery arrives, please let us know where to leave your parcel in the "Special Delivery Instructions" on the order form, for example leave in garage, in the porch, with neighbour etc. The produce is well insulated and will remain cool for several hours, so it can be safely left until you arrive home. It is not advisable however to have us leave your consignment in a hot place, for example in a boiler room or sunny porch.
You order should be unpacked and refrigerated on the same day it arrives. If you intend to freeze any of your delivery, ideally it should be frozen on the same day as delivery.
All orders are despatched on 24 hour delivery. We cannot however guarantee the product will arrive within the time specified by the courier and very occasionally, particularly during really busy periods such as Christmas couriers do not deliver until the following day. Our packaging is designed to keep the product cool and maintain product integrity for two days and this should cause no problem.
If however your order arrive does not in perfect condition we offer our freshness guarantee. If you are concerned about your order in any way please call us on 01263 740282 and if you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your order, or any part of your order, we offer you a replacement or a refund.
Any problem with a delivery must be notified by telephone on 01263 740282 within 24 hours of receipt.
