Our Cured Meats Selection are sliced to order and then gently vacuum packed to preserve the freshness and taste. Chosen from our best selling cured meats for authenticity and taste our Cured Meats Selection makes an instant Charcuterie platter or combine it with local cheeses for an after-dinner cheese and Charcuterie board.

If we are unable to supply a particular product we will substitute an equivalent product of equal or better value.
Keep refrigerated (store below 5 degrees C). Generally will keep for around 3 weeks from delivery date (Important: Always refer to use by date on the packet).

Once opened, store in an airtight container in a fridge and consume within three days.
