Marsh Pig Bresaola is a raw beef fillet which has been marinated with rosemary, thyme, and juniper berry for at least 3 weeks and then traditionally air dried for a further 8 weeks. Produced from from rare breed cattle farmed here in East Anglia to give this Bresaola great taste
Traditionally served in very thin slices, dressed with nothing more than a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (try our Yare Valley Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil) and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Ready to eat just open pack and enjoy.
Try this recipe for a Bresaola salad: Crutons, Gem lettuce, wild rocket, radishes, black olives and 2 free range eggs, topped with a salad dressing and shaved Parmesan.
