One of our range of limited edition finest salmon fillet cures presented as a whole royal fillet, we get only one royal fillet per side of salmon, slowly cured with beetroot and vodka.

The Beetroot and Vodka Cure Royal Fillet is the most stunning looking product we produce, translucent with rich overtones of pinks and purples. It also tastes as good as it looks... subtle beetroot falvour give the salmon a hint of sweetness and an earthiness that compliments the fish. Produced as whole fillets, easy to carve as part of the Christmas ceremonony.
