Two generous Smoked Salmon fishcakes
Made from simple ingredients, principally our oak-smoked salmon and potatoes lightly crumbed with breadcrumbs these fishcakes are a quick and easy delicious weekday dinner.

Guaranteed fresh and made from fresh ingredients.
To cook remove all packaging, pop them into a baking tray and into the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 180° C. Ensure they are piping hot all the way through before serving.

Alternatively fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 15 minutes until brown and cooked through.

Serve with salad or veg and maybe a few french fries.
Keep refrigerated (store below 5 degrees C). Generally will keep for around 4 days from delivery date (Important: Always refer to use by date on the packet).

Suitable for home freezing (must be frozen before use by date). Consume within 3 months of freezing. Thoroughly defrost before use.
