Two generous Smoked Haddock fishcakes
Surprisingly it's taken us a little time to perfect the recipe for our Smoked Haddock Fishcakes, but now we have we are really proud of it.

Made from our own Smoked Haddock and potatoes with the subtle addition of selected spices and then lightly crumbed with breadcrumbs.

Another easy delicious weekday dinner from fresh ingredients.
To cook remove all packaging, pop them into a baking tray and into the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 180° C. Ensure they are piping hot all the way through before serving.

Alternatively fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 15 minutes until brown and cooked through.

Serve with salad or veg and maybe a few french fries.
Keep refrigerated (store below 5 degrees C). Generally will keep for around 4 days from delivery date (Important: Always refer to use by date on the packet).

Suitable for home freezing (must be frozen before use by date). Consume within 3 months of freezing. Thoroughly defrost before use.
