It's tricky to select four cheeses from our full selection but we're happy with our choice. A selection of local artisan cheeses designed to give you a the perfect 'rounded' cheese board.
Smoked Walsingham (200g): The smoked version of Mrs Temples Walsingham, a hard cheese with rich smokey overtones.
Binham Blue (half approx 250g): Another hand-made cheese from Mrs Temples, a blue cheese with a rounded full flavour.
Norfolk Dapple Mature (200g): A 'cheddar' style cheese, matured for up to 8 months, natural flavour with a hint of nutiness.
Norfolk White Lady (ind cheese approx 170g): A soft white Ewe's milk cheese from Jane Murray at Willow Farm over at Deopham, reminiscent of Brie
Or if you're entertaining select a larger cheese board with a whole Binham Blue (approx 500g) and Norfolk Dapple (400g).
