Our own Scottish Salmon cured with Whiskey and Ginger and then gently oak smoked. A more robust combination of flavours which makes our Whiskey and Ginger cured Salmon an absolute favourite.
Ready to eat. Serve as a starter or canapées. Makes any interesting addition to the cheese board.
Will keep for 14 days in a fridge (unopened) Suitable for home freezing. Consume within 3 months of freezing.
