An oily fish Kippers and their lesser known cousins Bloaters and Buckling are easy to cook, sustainable (on the Marine Conservation Society's list of fish to eat) and above all a hand-crafted product, oak-smoked by us and absolutely delicious. For those of less culinary persuasion we also have Kipper Paté and Pickled Herring.
